About me
I'm Eva Penz, a management systems consultant and founder of PENZ MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS.
Management systems have been my field for nearly a decade. What drives me isn't the standard for its own sake, but the question: how do we design a system that really works in day-to-day business? One that provides orientation, makes risks visible, and is genuinely lived by the people who work with it every day.
Career
My path into consulting has taken me through very different stations – and that's exactly what shapes my work. I've developed the quality management system of an accredited testing laboratory, coordinated international projects in a higher-education setting, designed a project management office and built an integrated management system – and long before all that, gathered international experience in consular service. This combination lets me design management systems that are not only technically sound, but also organizationally smart.

3 yearsEducation
At FH JOANNEUM, I completed a bachelor's degree in International Business Management and a master's degree in Business in Emerging Markets – with a focus on international organizational structures, process management and economic dynamics in growth markets.
In addition, I trained specifically as a Quality & Environmental Management System Officer and as an internal auditor.
How I work
I always start with a clear look at what's already working – and what isn't. Then I develop solutions together with my clients that are both standards-compliant and practical in everyday use. My consulting isn't a one-size-fits-all approach: I adapt methods, documentation and systems to the size, industry and maturity of each organization.
I use digital tools when they bring real value – not for the sake of digitalization. Remote collaboration is, to me, a proven way of working, not a workaround.
